Not even a year has passed. The Bertuah Column gives philosophical, social, and phenomenological perspectives on God’s natural creation (Kauniyah) and the purpose of existence. All the same, regardless of his writing inspiration His verses are expansive. Everything that exists and is written is his sole property. Not one belonging to a servant. During the Great Own, only a few visitors are glad to give it. Therefore, the poor higher servant has everything.
Language that does not make sense, words that have the wrong meaning, and the inability to grasp His inspired message are sometimes the cause of a writer’s incapacity to comprehend it. Only hope pleaded for pardon on behalf of the calm servant. There is no point in condemning a phenomenon, much less blaming the individual. All narratives are directed just at the repair author. When there are connections between individuals, they occur naturally and unintentionally. Because there is no ideal writer for rating, let alone judging one another. Realized that what is evaluated negatively by people may be wonderful in the eyes of the Creator. Alternatively, regarded as glorious by mankind yet disgusting by Allah. Only God has the authority to assess behavior and decide what to do with His servant; His decision is the most just.
A year’s worth of meals have already been served. The more dishonorable the servant is towards the Creator, the more awestruck he is by all of His verses and the more convinced he is of the veracity of his words. When Allah wills, he never inspires dry ideas, and the brighter the symbol of his grandeur, the more he reveals his majesty. Correct His words: “And if the trees on earth were pens and the oceans were ink, with seven oceans added to him after (drying up), there would be no infinite writing of Allah’s verses. Indeed, Allah is Mighty and Wise (QS. Lukman: 27).
This vivid and genuine expanse of Allah’s wisdom is without edge. This is analogous to supposing if all the trees on earth produced a pen to record the knowledge of Allah, and that all the water in the ocean made the ink. After adding seven times, the knowledge and grace of God would still not be completely recorded. In a another verse, Allah says, “Say (Muhammad), “If the ocean becomes ink to (write) sentences, My Lord, then it is certain that the ocean will end before the (writing) sentences are completed, even though We added as much as that” (QS. Al- Kahf: 109).
Ibn Katsir took these remarks from ar-Rabi’ ibn Anas, who said, “The verse compares human knowledge to a drop of water in the middle of the ocean when compared to Allah’s wisdom.” So vast and limitless is God’s knowledge, yet the servant who deems himself informed is short and timid. God will motivate the servant He desires. All as evidence of His Majesty’s qudrat (power over everything) and iradat (have a will). Whatever truth is recorded in column Bertuah belongs solely to him. Temporary errors are peace writers’ servants who are able to comprehend His magnificent message. All knowledge is His, all activity is His, all praise is His alone, and all requests are His instructions. Only the servant la haula wow laa quwwat illa’s billah was written by the author. All arouse servants beyond their current vulnerabilities. Given that, what do you get? totally due to His will and assistance alone. I did not leave behind any dust of pride, nor did I seek a fellow dirty for praise. Perhaps it is written that not many populations welcome the earth well, and only residents of the sky hope in Allah for its arrival. A servant may only hope His joy in this manner is extensive. Recall His words: “And why, when you enter your garden, do you not say, “Masha Allah, la quwwat illa billah” (Indeed, by God’s will, all this has been accomplished)? No strength exists apart from Allah, even if you value my property and my lineage less than you do (QS. Al – Kahf: 39).
Look thus broadly in scope His verses are sparse, recalling the writer as a worker of peace. Evidently, there are numerous levels of expertise, including:
First, the stage of a prosecutor’s knowledge (learning) and the feeling that he is the most knowledgeable. She is unaware of the situation and the fact that she has attained a lofty and noble position. Even frequently harass (without adab) more pious scholars than himself. While he is precisely yet uninformed and has many deficiencies. According to Khathib al-Baghdadi, expert knowledge could reveal evidence of such individuals: “A pious person is able to detect the ignorant since he was once ignorant as well. While the uneducated does not know religious people since he has never been religious. Thus, someone who is still at the level of prosecutor science is positioned to begin. Like the Malay adage Bak reminds us, “as a cripple received a ring.” Where the ring will be mounted. All because covering arrogant eyes, degrees that alter intent, authority that causes the proper action to be abandoned, and a lack of self-control.
Second, tawadu’ stage. At this point, a scholar began to realize that he possessed so much confidential information despite the fact that he possessed no more knowledge (no more dust). She is aware that he will lack information and instructs him to continue studying and acquiring it. This Statement reminded me of Allah’s words: “You are not given much wisdom” (QS. al-Isra ‘: 85). Thus, Allah reminds humanity that they are powerless slaves.
The third stage is the lack of knowledge. Because there is a sensation that the knowledge possessed is minuscule and entrusted alone by Him. Because the breadth of knowledge is like an ocean without a shore, he is ashamed to identify himself. Even if a servant spends his entire life seeking information, he will not obtain much in a sea of endless knowledge. A poet delivers the following verse: “No one can possess all available knowledge. Even if he studies it for a millennium, he will not be able to do so.” Possibly forever, as long as nature continues to exist. For a servant to reach the third stage, he or she must train themselves in 3 (three) steps, namely: (1) improve the intention to study; then Allah will improve the servant by the information He has bestowed. (2) Be kind to others, and Allah will bless you with unexpected happiness and good fortune. (3) Consistently supplying torches to Allah’s way will result in Allah returning the light to His love.
Impossible to become a torch. Sometimes the wind is strong and light, or it rains heavily. However, civilization development must continue. If a gust of wind or water is able to halt the spirit, civilisation will never be able to develop. If this happens, the concerns of the people will never be resolved. As a result, there is reciprocal blaming and blasphemy. Everything happens because you often act without thinking or think too much but never act. Truly, “the truth is only received by the owner of truth. Error is only liked by the perpetrator. It is difficult for the truth to be welcomed by the perpetrator. However, it is impossible for an error to be accepted by the owner of truth”. Such is the logic of reason concerning right and wrong.
When discussing about the nature of scientists, Imam al-Ghazali classifies them into four divisions, namely:
First, someone who knows (knowledgeable), and he is aware that he knows, but he is never arrogant or boastful about his knowledge. Without wishing to disparage others, this type of human being is the best. This is because wise individuals who have developed knowledge by keeping the nature of tawadhu’ as self-defense exhibit the behavior of people who know that they know themselves. He understands that the knowledge he acquires must be applied to benefit himself and the community. People must follow, respect, and mimic this group in social, political, religious, and other aspects of life. Unfortunately, this group of people cannot be asked to “flirt”. The consistency with which Istiqomah’s character upholds the truth makes it difficult for those with vested interests to embrace it. As a result, this group is merely on the outskirts of the arena. Although the civilisation that is born does not always receive a response or admiration.
Second, someone who knows (is knowledgeable), but is unaware that he knows. This group possesses scientific capacity for knowledge establishment but does not realize or optimize it for the benefit of themselves and the public. As a result, its existence is akin to the expression “like a sleeping toothless tiger”. His knowledge only illuminates himself and is insufficient to illuminate nature and society as a whole.
Third, someone who is unaware and is aware that he is unaware. This group is a servant looking for knowledge. He is aware of his ignorance and pursues information in order to know. It takes hard work without knowing despair to achieve the needed information. All hurdles were overcome with patience. Adab ta’lim wa muta’allim is always maintained in order to acquire the blessing of knowledge. This group, according to Imam Ghazali, is still relatively good. Because he is aware of his weaknesses, such as a lack of adequate information capacity, he tries his hardest to learn and catch up on his deficiencies.
This group was discovered in the contemporary age, and they attempted to learn to seek knowledge. However, a small number of them are solely interested in earning status, not information. As a result, he remains “one who does not know and realizes that he still does not know”. However, this group strives to appear to know better by relying on the traits they possess. Regrettably, this type is frequently “master and captain” for society. As a result, the boat of civilisation never arrived at its destination.
Fourth, someone who does not know and is unaware that he does not know. He attempts to cover it up with the “attributes and chairs” he possesses. This is the worst kind of human being (loss). Unfortunately, it is difficult to recall this human model. Because he is always the most learned, feels the most entitled to answer all inquiries, is the most competent, and has other excellent attitudes. In truth, he knows little of what he says, let alone puts it into practice. As a result, this normal human succumbs to arrogance by displaying accessories in order to acquire public awareness. However, the issues presented were uncivilized and lacked a clear scientific basis. According to Syekh Abdul Qadir al-Jaelani, your religion will lose its significance (be erased) due to four (four) instances and will hold firm due to one (one) case, namely: (1) humans who do not practice what is known. (2) humans who engage in uncharted territory. (3) Humans who refuse to learn what they don’t know in order to remain stupid. (4) persons who prevent other humans from learning what they don’t know. (5) persons who always practice what they know, always seek information to learn more, and always disseminate knowledge to others who desire to know and recognize Him. The fifth type of hope is asked, which Allah may grant Him.
Regarding the choices published every Monday, we pray for the intercession of Allah’s Messenger. Because Monday commemorates the birth and death of the Prophet Muhammad. The longing for Allah’s Messenger transcends the longing for the servant and the entire creation. Please ask for a spot as the figure the Prophet said: “I truly want to see my brothers, the companions of the prophet said: “Aren’t we your brothers? He responded: “You are my companions. My brothers are people who believe in me despite the fact that they have never met me” (Narrated by Imam Ahmad).
While the word “Bertuah” is derived from the Malay language and meaning “to provide benefit” (luck). The phrase is a prayer. Through the Bertuah column, I hope and pray that everything offered may bring benefits and blessings to the author and others who read it.
The word of the wisdom expert truly becomes a life reference: “Be the grass beneath a shady tree. Despite its invisibility, it exists to give fertilizer for tall shady plants. Don’t be towering weeds who are pompous at their peak. Even though it is apparent from a distance, it is never useful.”
Various evaluations were given. Hope’s positive appraisal is sought; ideally, it will be beneficial and charitable to all. Despite the fact that there is still a lot of servants who don’t care, look down on what is provided, have antipathy and judgment that the food tastes sour (criticized) and should be thrown away, or are skeptical about the person who wrote because he is not good at complimenting and has to be pressured. There is no right for an author to criticize fellow servants. Only Allah has the authority to pass judgment on a servant. Everything that has been written is in the shape of His expanding words. The response is to whip oneself to keep istiqomah improving. He is the sole recipient of all adulation. Because only the Godlike Rabbi is worthy of honor. Even though the inhabitants of the ground are still unconcerned about the meaning of the divinely formed Kauniyah verses, there is a notion that the dwellers of the sky will always wait for the food that is served in order to hope for the Prophet’s blessings and exalt Allah’s power. Hope I constantly pray that Allah will be pleased to provide inspiration to His servants who yearn for His love. While begging istiqomah not to demand appreciation from animals who are blind to His majesty. Because all glory goes solely to Him. The author is merely a servant with numerous flaws. Only arranged fingers are expected, while sorry is expected. Hopefully, the Bertuah Column will always be valuable to writers and all universe stuff.
Wa Allahu al-Shawwab.
